Technical Requirements

2CLIX knows that your security and privacy are important and cares deeply about them.

BROWSER

The application is 100% web-based and can be accessed using the following browsers:

  • Chrome – from version 54.0.2840 onward;
  • Firefox – from version 50.0a1 onward;
  • Safari – from version 10 onward;
  • IE11 or Edge – operation restricted to non-administrative modules only.

Older browser versions may present compatibility issues and malfunction of some system features.

INFORMATION

The information used and stored on the platform largely depends on the level of customization defined by users, and each 2Clix service has its own specific types of information.

Quality Portal

The Quality Portal receives the data entered in the monitoring form headers, which can be customized according to each client’s needs and templates. It may also have call recordings attached to the monitoring records, as well as information such as monitoring notes, feedback, disputes or audit information.

Training

The Training module can store information related to who will deliver the training, which campaigns are associated, which users are participating, and who requested the training, in addition to information about scores, activities, when and where each training session took place, etc. It can also receive text files, images or PDFs as attachments to support the instructor or participants.

Communication

The Communication area is dedicated to sending messages between platform users. It also includes an email and alert template editor and a podcasts portal that allows users to send videos and audio to other users.

Registration

The Registration area receives only the information necessary to register a user, campaign, client or branch in the platform. In the user registration form, in addition to the basic fields — Name, Login, Work Shift, User Type, Display Name and Supervisor — there is also the option to create custom fields.

It is worth noting that both in the Quality module and in Registration, whenever custom fields are created, the system asks whether that field represents sensitive data or not. If it does, this information will be sent to the database and that field will be stored in encrypted form.

BANDWIDTH CONSUMPTION

As the application is entirely web-based, it is possible to estimate bandwidth usage depending on the volume of users. It is important to remember that this is an approximate value, and bandwidth consumption depends heavily on usage patterns, frequency and the content accessed.

SECURITY OF CUSTOMER ENVIRONMENTS

Customer environments are unique and accessible through a customizable URL created for each customer in the following format: [name chosen by the customer].qualida.de. In this environment, only users registered for that specific customer will be able to log in. Thus, even if a person has a valid account in one environment, if they try to log in to another environment, the system will not allow it.

The platform’s access rule settings are highly customizable, allowing the customer to restrict platform use only to users within their internal network by using IPv4 or IPv6 masks. The customer may also choose to integrate platform access with Google Workspace or Azure AD.
